  • Compassionate Employer awards The TCF Compassionate Employer Award program was initiated to acknowledge and highlight organisations that have demonstrated understanding and compassion for employees who have suffered the loss of a loved one.

    Through the Awards we hope to inspire and encourage organisations and workplaces to review their current practices, and provide best practice and practical examples of effective ways of incorporating bereavement support into the workplace.

    The Compassionate Employer Recognition Awards are supported by Rotary Club of Geelong Central, Optimum Recruitment and  Eastern Press.
